A & C Developments is an established construction and property development company with over 46 years experience. It is based in Chelmsford and operates throughout East Anglia and London. It prides itself on the quality and punctuality of all projects.

The growing family business was formed in 1969 by John Culleton as A & C Home Improvement and evolved into A & C Developments. The companies strength and success is due to its hard working, reliable team. Much of its work is received through recommendations, which is a testimony to its results.

We care about our local environment, doing everything we can to ensure all our sites recycle wherever possible and everything we do is done in a eco-friendly manner.  As a committed Considerate Contractor we follow their guidelines to ensure we look to include measures and policies in order to protect and enhance the natural and local environments.
