Meadow View & Haybarn
Meadow View & Haybarn are two refurbished farm conversions. They both have a contemporary style, built with efficiency in mind. These stylist linked detached buildings retain the agricultural look in a country community demonstrating our high quality work.
Danbury Medical Centre
A traditional design and build project involving up to 80 different rooms and over 100 parking spaces. We developed a user-friendly and amiable space with the community in mind. Although built to a high specification this was a very cost effective project.
Chandlers Warehouse Renovation
We constructed a industrial retail building for local building merchants Chandlers. This was a steel framed extension to the existing warehouse. We delivered this bespoke project in a timely manner, whist the outlet remained open.
Haslers Farm Extension
This extension was built to architects drawings on an existing period house, whilst the clients were in occupancy. We ensured the extension design married in well with the current building. This extension is one of hundreds.
Bulls Lodge Cartlodge
This was a barn conversion within the curtilage of listed buildings. We created a unique and modern house that remains true to its character.
48 & 50 The Chase
We created two new build detached property's, making good use of limited space. The property's were designed in a traditional style and to suit the conservation area.
Great Baddow School
We've constructed a number of builds for Great Baddow High School. Our work here includes refurbishment and development of the 6th Form block, drama studio and various internal jobs. Our work is here is ongoing as we consistently meet their building needs.
Dealtree Health Centre Brentwood
The Dealtree Health Centre was a design and build project, which had to be sympathetic to the rural area. Therefore we created a traditional, yet fully functioning surgery. This was built on a greenbelt site to HTMs healthcare standards and building control.
Douglas Grove Surgery Witham
This new build was constructed in two phrases to allow for continuous use of the surgery. We worked to the latest HTM healthcare standards, as well as building control. We produced a traditional brick and block cavity construction with a standing seam zinc roof.
